Professor Berten D'Hollander and his students
I am truly happy with the collaboration I just had with the incredible Berten D'Hollander and his wonderfully talented students from one of his flute masterclasses . It was two days of great depth and joy to be working with such sensitive and capable musicians. It's not the first time I've worked with Berten, and this time the inspiration for the composition came from an old text that beautifully describes how we all have difficulty listening to our most sublime inner voice, our intuition... The experience with Berten and his wonderful disciples went beyond the score, we managed, after this recording, to deconstruct the piece, so that everyone could use their intuition to create something new from clay... These moments will also be shared here but for now , I hope you enjoy this piece, soon I will share more moments of this incredible meeting of mutual growth with these "brothers in sound."
